Interesting points on this thread and the other recent thread pertaining to this 914-6. One thing’s for sure the bids are stacking up. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving-girl.gif)

no is number and no underneath shots. Even blanked it on the COA. It has been done all over though, way too much pillowed seam sealer in the rear trunk to say the least, 70 is lightly smeared on.

I agree that seam sealer job is rough.

Still not a bad car. Or so it appears.

Geez, that garage looks very familiar.
Martinsville NJ and Bridgewater NJ are spitting distance apart.
I'll bet this listing is by a member here known as 'Lost Treasure'

From Nov 20, 2018 ebay sale:
(although it had 98,000 mi then)

Signal Orange

This is a very nice and very original 914-6
It is a numbers matching car with its original engine.

.The car has had the right frame rail and hell hole replaced, this was always a problem area in these cars, the work was done with all factory original parts at Eurotech Bodywerkes in Kirkland WA. A full documentation of the work is available

There is no other rust on the car.
The car has its original Fuchs allow wheels including the spare.
The book, jack and tools are also present.
The car runs and drives beautifully.

It just needs paint, you could paint the rear quarter panel and it would be perfectly presentable, but this is the perfect time to paint the entire car.

The value of these rare 914-6’s has gone up very consistently.
This car with perfect paint is a 100K+ car all day long.

Very insightful. Keeping a close eye on this auction. I would like the reserve lifted so we can see some action thank you.
