Oddball rear license plate holder...help ID? |

This rear plate frame is constructed just like a Porsche 914 rear plate holder. The bumper attachment points match the normal holder, but the license plate holes are not in the standard USA/Canada locations. Any ideas? Got this in a group of parts from another 914World member, so I don't know the history.
