I really like the inside the window vinyl stick on's for events but the last 2 events had outside the window stick on's. I wonder how long do these last before car washing and weather beats them up?

UV is typically the big killer of printed decals. But assuming they are made using quality materials and either UV resistant ink or have a UV topcoat they should last many years. I suspect many event organizers use outies because they are a bit more universal (an innie can only be applied to glass). But that's just a guess...
