I think we are going to see more of this as time goes on. When air-cooled Porsches gather 914's will have a larger and larger representation. This was at the Rennlist Air Cooled Day at Palmer Motorsports Park yesterday.

Every dog has his day. Its been a long time in the making!

If I recall correctly PCA held its big annual meeting in Traverse Ciry in 1989 (or ‘90). I was starting my 1st year of college there at a community college. I was so stoked to go see all the cars. There were some 914s but the vibe was certainly one of the 914 being the bastard child. Glad to see it changing. Just remember that when the 911 rolled out Porsche kind of forgot about 356’s too.

Not sure when the 924 will get it’s day!
