I have two pairs of rear hubs that were drilled for 5 lug pattern. They are the later hubs without the thicker bosses. One pair is black oxide coated. Other pair is bare but can be zinc plated my next plating run.
$265 price includes shipping and 45mm studs installed (not pictured). Other lenght studs can be installed. I have one set of 65mm which are needed for use with 21mm (3/4") spacers.
One pair of used rotors. They have about 80% life based on the thickness. I de-rusted them with Evaporust. $75 for the pair. Can ship but shipping cost may be a killer.

IIRC, two rotors will fit in a LARGE Priority Mail box (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)
