me and my friends did a triathlon in a relay race this weekend
it was a side event to the tyrolean championships in the olympic distance race, but the relay race was just half the way
about 2250 ft swim + about 12.5 miles bike + about 3.25 miles run

I was the guy who had to bike (I'm the one with the light yellow trikot)

we finished on 14 from 20 relay teams (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif)

not that bad under consideration tha we're all "just for fun" athlets
most of the other relay teams had specialists for the single parts
