no this one is in our collection, we got them out of our small showcase to service and then to deliver to Porsche as they will be on display for six months there at North American Headquarters. Excuse the look of the service area, we are under construction right now

This is awesome! Thanks for sharing. It should be added to "the few, the rare" nailed thread on the originality forum so people can easily find it for reference. I don't think there are in sixes in that thread, are there?

Fabulous car George! The underside pictures seem to support the “tan undercoat that caught whatever body color overspray happened that day” school of thought on correct factory underbody finish.

George,

That's great that Porsche Atlanta is doing something to commemorate the 914! I mentioned in a post earlier this week that I had been there in May and there were no signs of such. Not surprising that they came to you for their "ready-made" museum display of some really special 914s. Congratulations!

Maybe the Peachstate PCA chapter will put on something at the PCNA facility for the 914 while your collection is there.

I've seen the displays there in Atlanta and when PCNA does the display at concourse etc, so will they do a similar display for some like this to be able to see the under side? would be a shame not to have a couple of clean examples to see the original floor pans and drivetrain. What other cars will be on display? I would assume one of the M471 cars? and what are the dates of the showings?
