all sold, Thanks!

I have a beautiful pair of rechromed 1971-1972 (no bumperettes) bumpers from real nice cores (it does make a difference) and a pair of new repro OEM style bumper tops. $1500. package only. plus ship These are packaged and I don't want to strip down to photo. Guaranteed as described.
Also a 1974 chassis section 1492 miles when crashed, RR quarter, right long, battery tray trunk floor, excellent condition. Rolling but pretty stripped out. $400. no ship.
Hell hole damage on your car?

Great deal on that chunk O 914! You couldn't buy the two piece inner wheel house section, or the other (wrinkled up) repro one and end up as nice.

I will ask the obvious newbie question....will the bumpers fit to backdate my 1976?
Thank you for tolerating my ignorance.

Yes, you can backdate your 1975 and 1976 bumpers. There is a strip across the front body panel that you can drill the spot welds out and both bumper ends have a spot welded bracket on the outer ends of the bumper that will need to be removed. This area will normally need to be painted to make a high quality change over. The strip on the front also serves as the channel for the front hood seal. I have found the bumper top does a great job to contain the seal and does not have the problem of holding water that rusts the channel. Brad
