Well, I'm about the replace the basket-weave (or brick) fabric on the dash face myself. Originally took the material to an upholstery shop (gonna do the dash top too - they did a good job on that) and even took the old piece as a pattern and explained to the guy, don't cut holes unless there is already a hole cut in the old piece. Seems he couldn't resist cutting out the holes on either side of the cigarette lighter. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif) When I went to pick the piece up, I say to the guy - WTF? Didn't you look at the piece I brought in? He shrugs his shoulders, the problem is he doesn't speak english so he probably didn't understand what I wanted/needed. So, what I am looking to buy is the right 3M double sided tape to reattached the metal to metal back on the dash face. Been to 3M's web site and couldn't seem to find the right one. Anyone know the 3M product number for the correct double-sided tape? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif)
