I wrote Richard last nite to thank him for his fantastic service. One year, ago last month, he was kind enough to send me a windshield at a greatly reduced price. Why? He felt sorry for me after I broke 2 in a row. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) He could have told me to take a flying leap but instead took pity. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) Anyway he has moved on and this is his new company. Richard is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him. Here is his reply to my email:
