I designed and built this 914 tow bar many years ago. It works well. I pulled a 914 from Kentucky to New Jersey with it back in 1990. Kinda unique, the orange bolt goes up through the bottom of the front truck and gets bolted to the spare tire. The two slotted holes on the bar to the left of the orange bolt fasten on to the inner torsion bar support bolts.
