Hello, I took advantage of a motor problem (other post) to inspect my 914 in details.
I realized that I needed more than 4mms shims to have a camber around 2 °, I had concluded that the silent block of rear train were tired.
So I took my arms off and changed the rubber.
My question is about washers.
On PET, there are 4 nuts but only 2 washers for the 2 sides.
Is there washers between the body and the axle ? or only under the nuts ?
Thanks

CheeRS from Paris

The one washer is correct.
On another note something looks off on the rubber bushing. The shaft is not centered or the bushing is too tall.
Also bead blast the shafts while you have them out. The factory are notorious for having pin holes that water can get it. Now if the perfect time to check this. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif)
