@mepstein

SMP = Standard Motor Product which makes and sell those in the U.S. for about $60 each. @914sixer had a set but thought there was a fit issue with the plug to the original FI two wire connector.
I used to work for SMP. They list is as crossing to both the early and late 2.o injector by part number. I would be interested in seeing the manufacturing control variance (+ - ) range on flow.

Get them at O'Reilly Auto for $85.
SMP part number FJ67
Connector part number SK21. I bought a bunch of these for harness repair.

exactly same ones, we have plenty on the shelf.

Mittelmotor is a great company but shipping and exchange rate and duty from Germany is expensive

The doctor is just being polite...that's a rip really,thought SMP was an offshoot of Intermotor which are a huge parts supplier in Europe ??? unless I'am wrong.
Currently have a set full set watchlisted on ebay for 1.8 L jet @ $25 /per hole, they have listing for great prices for D-jet also,well last time I looked.

The blades on SMP the injectors are a fraction larger that the stock Bosch. When you try to put injector plug back on Bosch injector they are loose.
