You see these misting systems all over the place in outdoor bars, patio's, now i see pretty cheap 12 volt systems on Amazon.
Seems like a good way to provide short term extra cooling by spraying finely atomized water into the engine cooling fan. Should drop cylinder head temps nicely.
Has anyone ever tried these ???

Seems like a good idea ....but just not practical

If your gonna carry around a bunch of water
Just put it in a radiator (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smoke.gif)

They are good for very short periods
15 more minutes
More volume is more effective
We found a windshield spray nozzle into the running fan to work best

It’s an old school racing trick

I used this 20 years ago

Not worth the hassle for a street car
