Hi,
There is car for sale here which is supposed to be a 1973 2.0 (build date 9/1972) delivered new in Canada. Vinnr is not in the database here. Received below pics of the engine and batterytray (asked for the hellhole "below" the battery but this is what I got back (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ) does the filterhousing look correct ? Why are some hoses clamped ? Why there are so many cables running to the battery ? Black stuff on the body so I assume the car has some issues. Firewall and more area's look rusty... Is the front trunk patched in the corner ? For the specialist here, pls post your feedback. note: didn't see the car in person yet but my guess is to runaway fm it (although outside body and interior looks nice, car has a certificate etc) highly appreciated krgds Dax |
