Then I got out the seat belt hardware. This is the kit for mounting the shoulder yokes.

Now that the back panel is done, I can start on the carpet set. This one is from Performance 900 Porsche interiors.

When I had my case work done the only thing removed were the head studs so they could deck it. Did your shop tell you to do all that?
I was at J&J not to long ago, the family that has had it forever is no longer there.

I will almost certainly need to ship my case for machining. And I did not trust my packing or the carrier to keep any studs from damage.

Carpet day1.

I got out my contact adhesive. Brush-on for the car interior, and spray-on for the back side of the carpet.

Passenger footwell and right fender well. I cut the opening to mount around the steering shaft.

With all the complex shapes, I could not avoid some wrinkles. But the center console will hide those.

Nice job! I have done all mine except the center tunnel piece. I am waiting until all my electrical issues are straitened out before putting that piece and the center counsel in.

Love seeing your progress, keep it coming!

Cheers,
John
