I used a mix of original hardware and stuff from the shelf, but will replace these with Allen head bolts when they arrive.

With the housing together, I can install the alternator. First to put together the rebuilt unit with all the other parts, including a new wiring harness.

Now, for the new EFI fun. Just to get started, I temporarily installed the twin manifolds.

Ready to install. I reused the original mounting bolts since they are an unusual length.

But I did not used the original A/C washer, since the Hall sensor trigger wheel replaces that.

Trigger wheel in place. I double checked the clearance with the sensor, which is about 1.5 mm (spec is less than 2.0).

But then I saw that the fan belt grooves were not aligned, and I had installed the alternator pulley backwards.

(And nobody noticed? What good are you guys?)
