Has anyone installed the retractable seatbelt from autoatlanta for a 1971? I finally got around to installing one of them however I cannot get the plastic cover to stay closed. It seems like when the seatbelt is retracted there is to much belt to close completely. Even when the belt isn’t retracted all the way in the plastic cover isn’t very secure. Does anyone know if it is suppose to lock in
