So wanted to separate this from the GB we did so you can see when we update. We are optimistic that we will reach the design cycle target of 200,000 cycles, but will continue to test it to failure.

Everyone that signed up should have theirs by now and there were a few that backed out that I'm PMing those in line tonight.

I'm proud to say that we are broke 128,697 before I left this afternoon.

We put some thought into the testing. We run it in about 8hr runs firing every 7 seconds. We are using a live load. The switch triggers the relay to turn off and on a headlight motor. The equivalent of turning your headlights off and on every 7 seconds.

Rob is also correct. The area we are set up testing is currently getting down in the 40 degree range.
