Here is a two stage fog light switch that has a 914 part number and is listed for 911 fog lights. Switch is off to the left side and is separate from the 911 switches. I am guessing when you pull it out to the second stage it would be wired to the rear fog light.

Brown= ground Grey = power 12v + Blue = to front fog light relay White/green = to rear fog light The rear fog light is not fused and its really important you use the correct lead in the rear fog light to power the blub.
