This is really easy if Garold used his part for tooling. Clean it and pour into it with aluminum filled Polly Urethane and then use that for the tooling. Parts can be made by vacuum forming. Pulling over the tool with .060 or .090 polyethylene on a small Vacauform. I have a retired unit here at my shop.
