A friend of mine is looking for the bushings for where the bar goes through the body for a 19mm Weltmeister sway bar. Any idea where to get these?

I found my welt sway bar and bushings. The one I have is a 22 mm but the bushings look the same as a 19 mm. I believe my brother has the 19 mm one for his 914.
Anyways, I have two different type of bushings. One set is for the welt bushing cups and another set for the factory cups. These should be pretty easy for 914rubber to knock out. Both bushing sets are made from a hard plastic. See pics. Attached image(s)
