Pictures of this trail and the 914s new found lot in life has been floating around the net for a long time. this is a higher res picture than the early things I used to find.

Thank you for reminding us that these cars mean different things to different people, and they can bring a smile to peoples faces or draw blood and require a tetnis shout if restoring them, or riding through the middle of one while on a mountain bike.

Yeah, considering what it looks like, maybe that's the best use for it.

That picture has been floating around the internet since before 914World was even an idea.

It was posted in the Rennlist 914 forum when that forum was still an email forum, I.E. the middle 90s.

The car is probably a pile of rust flakes by now.

"Low Rider"

All my friends know the low rider
The low rider is a little higher
Yeah

The low rider drives a little slower
Low rider is a real goer
Hey

Low rider knows every street, yeah
Low rider is the one to meet, yeah

Low rider don't use no gas now
The low rider don't drive too fast

Take a little trip, take a little trip
Take a little trip and see
Take a little trip, take a little trip
Take a little trip with me
