Evan and I spent yesterday with POC having fun in the green monster. It's fast. He's fast! I need some seat time and larger attachments...

Looks like a blast. Haven't tried it before, but whenever I see it I think how do you keep track of which side of the cones to be on?! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

How did you learn the course so well? What do you do to memorize it?

Wow, it's been a while since I've done any autocross but I have to say, you guys are both doing really well and the car seems to be set up great. Very impressive what you've been able to achieve with a narrow body 4 cylinder car. Makes me want to get back out on the track again.

Let's just say I'm considering starting to do 914 setups on the side. The car isn't this capable just because of some shocks and springs. There is a lot of work in there from chassis, to suspension, to motor, to brakes. None of it is magic though.

My setup has been discussed here before more or less and it is not an accepted/standard combo. That being said, folks like Galen at Werks II, Evan Fullerton, and many POC folks have validated it. This has been done through testing and careful note taking.

I believe Evan in my car was the 3rd fastest Porsche outright at the event!

That was fast! I really like the Accell indicator. Sheese, was that touching a full 2G's in lateral acceleration?

I know we are legitimately well over 1G, I'm just not completely convinced the accelerometer is calibrated correctly yet. I am totally sore after each day we take it out, much like my TAG and shifter karts.
