This gets me thinking.. would it be a good idea or a bad idea to mount a V8 conversion engine this way? Obviously not right there because the crank ends up there. But maybe 2 mounts, one on each side of the front crank pulley. I guess belt interference could be a problem. Just thinking out loud here.

Thanks for documenting the engine mount. I've been busy lately with my wife giving birth to our first boy, but my three weeks of vacation also gave me time to transport my parts (and soon my car) back to my new house. Can't wait to get working on mine! I'll be watching for your build thread, best of luck ! |
