Jimbo would have been 92 today. Just finished the episode where he featured Lawyer Beth Davenport's 914. Because he owned the production company that produced the show, he handpicked every car that appeared. Happy birthday Mr. Garner.

James Scott Bumgarner was from my original hometown of Norman, Oklahoma, long before my time. He was close to my mother's age but she never knew him. His family left Norman but later returned for his Jr. and Sr. years of H.S. He dropped out before graduating though, joined the service after WWII, and eventually ended up back in Hollywood, dropped the "Bum" off the front of his last name and the rest is history as they say.
