The job seems pretty straight forward but I just want to make sure. Empty trans oil remove speedo cable and 1 bolt. Does that cover the job? I just dont have access to a lift so it is a pain to get under there.

You may be able to lift (carefully) the back of the car high enough to avoid draining the gearbox oil...
