I stripped the threads on one of my lug bolts. The part number is 914 361 315 01 or 02. They are $25 each on Pelican! They are also pretty pricey on Ebay and other Porsche suppliers.

My FLAPS says they can get a set of 10 for around $65.

I searched around on this site and others and found a reference to this VW part number (thanks to @ClayPerrine ): 701 601 139B.

I found these two sources:
This site has other sizes. I'm not sure what the length in the description refers to; the OAL or the length of the threaded part. I need a minimum of 30 mm of thread. These are $1.74 each. I will contact them and see if they have any more details. The "fitment" says they don't fit a 914, but they look like the same bolt. I tried the fitment on several different sizes and they all "didn't fit".

This site has the VW ones for $1.46 each. The "fitment" says they don't fit a 914, but they look like the same bolt.

Does anyone have any experience using either of these on a 914? I have 4 lug Fuchs (probably repros, if that matters).

Here you go. They are 2mm longer than stock but not a problem. They have a 17mm head instead of 19mm. Click on picture to open it up. 20 bolts shipped for $21.98

Here's a picture of the seating area on the wheel:

Here's a picture of the stripped bolt:

I would prefer black bolts since my wheels are black, but I do have black plastic bolt covers.

Tried these on a set of wheels they don't look so good with smaller head.

I found some black ones. 17mm heads. Not sure if I care about that one way or another. Seems like all the VW stuff is 17mm.

I'm chatting with someone at a vendor. seems the bolts will fit.

Anyone got pictures of 17mm ones?

Is the length an issue? In other words, can I get longer ones? Stock is 38mm, but I only need about 30mm. The stock ones stick out about 8mm into the hub. There's room for longer bolts. I just want to confirm longer is ok before I buy anything.

If you look at the image of the stripped bolt, you can see the stripped area is where the threads engage the hub. There is about 20mm of thread, then about 11mm of stripped thread, then about 8mm of thread. The 8mm part is what extend into the hub.
