My 914-6 turned 50 last month. Just got her back from the shop and she's ready for the Nurburgring and the Autobahn. Well, since I'm not going this year there's a couple of cosmetic things I'd like fixed.
The Dash has finally started to crack and the Seal from the Dash to the body at the bottom of the windshield is disintegrating. I have the seal, still need a new dash, any suggestions? |

914 Rubbers is really good. I have a NOS dash in box and the 914 Rubber one, the 914 Rubber dash actually looks better than the NOS dash with the rest of the interior grain. The only problem, it's been like 20 yrs since I've seen your /6...early cars have a different size opening for the glovebox, check before ordering. In terms of shops for interior, Auto's International in Escondido is still at the top of its game, but also the top of the price scale. Buy once, cry once... you can swap the dash yourself, it's just a PITA. |

The opening and cut out are not perfectly aligned. Good news is that will not interfere with the full motion of opening the glovebox. You really can’t tell unless you are looking up from below. There is a thread here with pictures showing it on my http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?sho...3410&st=175
