Hello,
I have a set of original pistons in my 2.0. The research I’ve done states that the orientation mark is a diagram of a crankshaft with flywheel and that side of the piston should be closest to the flywheel. Mine are installed the opposite way. It would seem impossible if the rods are oriented correctly. Could the rods be upside down or is there no offset on the 2.0 engine? Engine has been rebuilt in the past and was running well.
Sorry if this is a rookie question but I am one.
Jack
