Hi folks!

Can someone please measure the thermostat pulley and provide
the dimensions? In particular the overall OD, the “second” OD
where the cable runs and width?

Can’t find my original pulley and was thinking to cut one we speed
holes on my new plasma table.

Thanks in advance!
dc

It would be easier to find one at a local aircooled shop.

The OD is 47mm.
The OD of the groove is 39mm but I can't get the calipers in good enough to be accurate, it might be 40mm.
It rides on a 8.35mm ID bushing that sticks out 5mm on the inside.
The step bolt is 8mm x 7mm length axle then a 6mm x 12 mm thread.

thesamba has owner made one for $40 here.
