VHS tape rewinder. Block buster used to charge extra on returns if they weren’t rewinded.

My cousin had a black one of these. I remember the lights lit up when it was rewinding a tape. I was super jealous because we had a plain boring one.

On that note ...not a VHS rewinder but another '80s treasure; a 928 tele. I noticed a pic online of an old telephone hardwired to a phone jack. The caption read "Our lives were better when our phones were tied to a wire " (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Because a VCR obviously couldn't do that.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
