Is there a trick to getting the outer barrel out of the inner barrel that connects from the assembly to the wipers. Mine does spin but not very freely. I have removed the C-Clip at the end of the inner barrel. Attached Image

I don't remember anything beyond a clip. On our bug I had the spray penetrating oil on it a few times to get it to move freely and then I could slide it apart.
