Hi- I have had this 1970 project for many years . I tried to sell back in 2017 but the buyer flaked so I decided to keep- now need to sell...

Getting a Vermont tag and registration is very easy (I've done it three times). With that you can easily convert it to a title in most states.

Yup... been through that before. It's government fraud through monopolistic extortion.
