I think these are the attachment brackets from a set of rear water shields.
I found them in my pile does anyone want them (just pay shipping) before they go in the recycling bin? Attached thumbnail(s)

they are used to attache the rear brake shields and also provide for the proper caliper to disc clearance...centering
