I have taken off the arm rest, screws and popped the door panel out but I do not see how to get the window crank handle off. Help please.

Pop the plastic cover from the round center and you'll see a hex screw holding the handle to the door.
Remove the screw and slide the handle off the (indexed) shaft. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) |

I'm not sure about the early models, but the later models you pull the plastic cover off the crank, and there's a screw holding it to the crank assembly.
