On behalf of a friend I met up with today.

He bought a 71 911S, and in the spares bundle, he found a 1972 380mm steering wheel.

Part number 914 347 804 11. Comes with centre section.

Hard to know it’s worth. I think it came off a 72 914/6? Could be used on an RS, ST or a 914/6?

Does $450 US plus shipping sound right?

PM me interested, and I’ll pass on your details to Egon, the owner.

Many thanks. Gary

It’s a standard wheel for a 1972, 914-4. Doubt it came off a ‘72 six. It’s not a proper fit for any 914 prior to ‘72 or any 911 since it has a VW hub instead of a flat Porsche hub.

Excellent. Thank you. That’s why it does not work on the 911.

If someone wants it - just make an offer. I’d like to see someone make good use of it.
