that does not look like its on all the way, there is a groove that the rubber seal has to slide into. should be on there about 1/4" further i think.

Should fit like this.
The 914 Rubber piece has a vertical bar that goes in the gap of the clamp. There may be some of the old rubber stuck in the air filter keeping the new part from fitting correctly. |
