I have done this upgrade to quite a few cars and it works really well. If you have other small gauges make sure you get a warm strip to hopefully get close in color.

2 ways to do it.
Use the LED strips like in the video, or use the plug and play bulbs. The bulbs are cheap and easy, the LED strips are a more complicated install, but look a little better. For me the bulbs are more than sufficient compared to stock at least 2x as bright and a clean light makes the gauges look white again.
