(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Sadly my 914 has been sitting for a few years and needs to go.

It was originally a 1.7 but now has a 2.0 GC from a '76. Full D-Jet F.I.
I wont sugar coat it...

It was running(yeah, I know), the reason it was parked is one of the exhaust studs pulled out. It had A/C at one point so Hole in frunk for condenser.
No A/C parts in car.
The side shifter works well, with a used but good first gear synchro from Dr. Evil.
Clutch tube needs fixed.
shell is rough as per Topic title. Usual rust in hell hole, fire wall, rear floor pan, trunk.
Entire brake system was rebuilt. New flex hoses. rebuilt calipers all around, new rotors(probably rusty now), New ATE master cylinder, stock 17mm.
Bilstein's all around. Handled pretty nice, even on crappy tires.
Interior is pretty bare. no carpet. Dash needs redone. 150 MPH speedo -rebuilt and reset, now shows about 500 miles, looks nice.
Tires are flat so trailer needed.
Other random bits and pieces incl. if you want.
Obviously it was/is a project car.

I feel the engine/trans alone are worth $1500.
Asking $3,000 for all.
The car is in Manor, TX

Pic requests or ?'s, let me know.

Hi Bob - Please do yourself, and all of us, a favor. Take some good pictures of the entire car, all the way around, top and bottom, inside out. Especially the known problem areas: hell hole, rockers, firewall along the bottom, rear trunk at the back seam, cowl, door gaps, front trunk, etc. Pictures make selling your car much easier. GLWTS. Gas tank was boiled out and lined with a rubberish coating, then repainted.
