Trying to install my new brakes today and have some questions on bleed screws that I can't answer in search/Google images.

I have 2 long bleed screws and 2 short screws per each pair of brakes. Where do I use each screw? None seem to seat all the way down, so I'm concerned about finding the right combo on fronts and rears. Also...anti sieze on bleed screws or no?
