I picked up some Novus plastic scratch remover, #2 for fine scratches, #3 for heavy scratches, and #1 for cleaning and shinning the plastic. I thought the results were very good.

Ok, I got the Novus kit on ebay, wasn't very much at all, it comes with all 3 . #1,2,3. I took the tail light lens and the center reflector inside and if there were any heavy scratches which fortunately there weren't and just worked the stuff in by hand using a soft cloth. Use the stuff according to the scratches. When satisified then use the cleaner and shiner. Easy to do by hand.

This is the kit that I bought
