If it's both #3 and #4 not firing then it is more likely to be grounds, as Phil suggests, and not trigger points. Injectors 3 and 4 share a common ground. Trigger point pairs are 1/3 and 2/4.

Yes, remove air cleaner, look for the three prong ground at the rear of the case. Clean, tighten, etc. etc.
