When I did my longitudinal replacement, I ordered 4 sets (2-packs) of these from Amazon...they were inexpensive and worked very well for me.
https://www.amazon.com/EAZ-LIFT-48860-Teles...k/dp/B00PE2VIVE I capped them Lowe's furniture felt pads/sliders. I liked that they were pinned for height and had an adjustable screw for finer adjustment. Food for thought... |

Approved, replaced all of my old ratchet aka head crushers with these, far superior to anything else I have used. You will not regret these.
Sold shaft for the Jack saddle, and a solid pin to keep them where you put them, even has a nice lock pin, to keep the solid pin in place. When I got rid of all my old ones I took them to the scrapers, and I cut them up with a touch to make sure no one fell victim to them. Why did I upgrade, I had one break the shear pin. Luckily I was not under it, it was folding a trailer tong while I was replacing the tongue jack. |

Also bought 4. Best jack stands I have ever owned. Sturdy, easy to adjust. But easy to misplace the locking pin. My brother-in-law, after seeing mine, bought4 and loves them.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Also bought 4. they are the best... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) They are fantastic and much safer than any lever type, they also go pretty high up so they're pretty dang useful, I even use them as a 3rd saftey when I use my quick jack as they slide right under...and the pads on them are excellent.
