Hello,

I have seen for sale an early 914 1970, with a vin number under 100.

Does that mean it was produced in 1969?

Is this interesting for a simple 914 1.7?

Thanks for your help and anwser.

Pascal

Yes, the battery tray area, and the relay console area on the other side plus the inner rear suspension pickups below these areas. Front suspension attachment points also. But major rust anywhere could be a problem. Some cars had a PVC undercoating that helped prevent rust for a while, but probably most did not have it.
