I have a 914-6 case that came in a 71 911S I purchased 2 years ago; it was in a running motor, but I bought a correct 2.2S to install instead and had my mechanic pull the prior motor and take apart.
-- The good: the case appears to be in good condition. -- The bad: the spigots were opened up for 2.7 build. I will post a few pics later but looking for $1000 OBO (higher or possibly lower) due to current spec; it's easiest to settle in cash but I'd consider other ways. I'm also in northern NJ so if anyone not too far I may meet them halfway to settle any transaction. If I ship there will be some prep and shipping costs, of course.
