Remote Oil filter mount with dual ports, one extra port has a oil temp thermostat switch for an oil cooler fan. The in / out ports have AN-10 fittings.
Also included is a new Fram PH8 oil filter.

How does the temp switch gets connected, I only see one connecting tab on the pictures?

Edit: I guess it grounds. I have been used to using an insulated one with 2 tabs.

Good deal for this package. Switch alone seems to be ~$20.
