They seem to be on the pricier end, but I'm very happy with the fit/quality of the FG front valance I recently got from Patrick Motorsport so I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a set of their FG bumpers too.
Anyone here have their FG bumpers / have thoughts on the quality and fit straight out the box? Thanks |

These are fiberglass bumpers with top painted black.
The idea is to mimic a non-appearance group early car (no chrome, no vinyl) with maximum period correct performance options.......please forgive the sixteen inch wheels. Don't know what brand the bumpers are, but do know they're not AIR. AIR items are sturdy compared to these. These came with no brackets, AIR parts have brackets but a bit crude. Thanks. Those look great.
I can't imagine they'd be too hard to replicate (famous last words). Maybe masking and spraying the bumper top with some type of rubberized bedliner? I remember Dave from TRE telling me about a customer who'd done something similar to this with fiberglass bumpers, except they'd vinyl wrapped the main section in chrome vinyl to make it look like a regular steel bumper.
