Likely a brain fart moment but...

I know the left is a T-stat bracket and the middle is part of the T-stat bracket assembly, but what is the part (X2) on the right side?
I have two of them in in an engine tin parts lot that I have to powder coat.

Cool thanks, now I remember. This little part is missing on most engines I build, they often only have the bigger 2 part coler cmlamp.
