After installing new bushings in the pedal cluster the engine idles too high. Reason is that the throttle body return spring seems a bit too weak to fully close the intake on my 1971/4. (The pedal moves freely, but now with a bit more friction due to less play and some grease.)
A Little push with the finger and idle is okay. Is there any possibility to add a second spring like on the later cars? Or should I just install a heavier spring to solve this issue? Any comments on this will be appreciated.

Greetings, Arno
